Yoga Calisthenics & Movement Retreat
Lefkada, Greece 9th-15th May 2026
The luxury villas in Lefkada, Greece

All four villas feature private infinity pools with breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea, spacious living rooms, and private spaces. Each villa has 2-3 bedrooms, each with a sea view and a private en-suite bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi bathtub or walk-in shower.
Seaview shala and training area

Practice in a cozy shala with open ceilings, wooden floors, and natural materials, overlooking a hillside where the blue sea meets the lush green mountains. Embrace the serene beauty, surrounded and embraced by Mother Nature.
Private beach

The area is part of the Nature 2000 environmental protection network, serving as a habitat for dolphins and seals. This completely private location is rarely crowded and can only be accessed through our retreat villas or by boat. The beach, covered with small white pebbles and patches of sand, boasts crystal blue and turquoise waters that will leave you in awe. The hike to the beach takes 15-20 minutes for experienced hikers, or 25-35 minutes if you prefer to take it slow and savor the natural beauty.
Yoga, calisthenics and functional movements

It’s time to reconnect with your body in every dimension. Through yoga, calisthenics, and movement, we combine mobility, strength, flexibility, and body-awareness into one well-balanced practice. Expect playful workshops that challenge your balance, coordination, and control — from hanging and jumping to flowing through asanas and bodyweight drills. These sessions not only build resilience but also make everyday movements feel easier, stronger, and more alive.

Meet your hosts Issy - Max
Issy Nadee
Issy embarked on her yoga journey after years of battling back pain due to scoliosis, which led to numerous physical and mental challenges. Her mission is to inspire others to embrace a healthy lifestyle through yoga, mobility, and movement to improve joint mobility.
In her classes, Issy blends modern movements with mindfulness practices. She offers a range of modifications to accommodate diverse needs and abilities. For Issy, yoga transcends mere poses; it’s a pathway to deeper self-discovery and connection. She believes, “Yoga is not about the poses, so don’t let the poses define you. We use them as tools to connect and delve deeper within ourselves.”

Urania villas via Athens Airport (ATH)
The most common alternative we recommend for your trip to us is Athens International Airport (ATH). This would be a 4 hour and 30 minutes drive (you won’t need a ferry connection).
There is also a direct bus that goes straight from Athens to Lefkada for around €30 per person. Departure times 7am, 1pm and 7pm. Duration 5h15 min. More info here.
We also recommend Athens due to the flexibility of flights, in terms of flights’ times and flights’ price.
You can look forward to pleasant Mediterranean spring weather—warm, sunny days and cooler evenings. Daytime highs average around 22–25 °C (72–77 °F), while evenings dip to around 14–17 °C (57–63 °F). Rain is rare, with mostly clear skies and 9–10 hours of sunshine daily. The sea will be a refreshing 19 °C (66 °F), perfect for a swim if you enjoy slightly cooler water.v
